Welcome to Harmony Heights
We are a dedicated group of professionals providing community based services in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. We offer Mentoring and Independent Living services to at-risk youth in our communities. We are able to provide services through CSA funding and private pay.

Harmony Heights started in 2023 on a mission to assist children with growing social connectedness, mental health management, life skills for our young adults, and to become a resource for families in our local communities.

We are accepting new clients in our mentoring and independent living programs.

We provide services on the Southside and Peninsula. Our clients will work with first aid certified individuals who participate in ongoing training in order to better serve them.
Criteria
Mentoring
-
Cognitive ability to understand and engage in activities
-
Have a mental health diagnosis or deficits in social skills, behavior concerns, or peer relations
-
Must be enrolled in school
-
Willingness to participate

CSA approval
Independent Living Services
-
Must be in the custody or placement of LDSS
-
Be willing to participate in services including assessments and meetings

Be enrolled in school or graduated
-
Personal residence to participate in some skill building activities*
