About Us
Meet Our Director of Operations- Mrs. Tracie Weldon, MS, QMHP

With over 15 years of serving children and families, Tracie decided to start Harmony Heights continuing her work. A native New Yorker, Tracie holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Master's of Science in Human & Community Services. She has worked at the Community Services Board assisting children in the school setting as a Therapeutic Day Treatment Counselor providing mental health behavior interventions. As she transitioned in the company, she became a case manager supporting our most vulnerable families and children with a ID/DD diagnosis. Even when she left the Human services field, she always made her way back. Working in the healthcare field, she helped link seniors to services in their community, worked as a substitute teacher with Hampton City Schools, assisted adults with their government waiver qualifications, and worked at a federal halfway house helping convicted felons transition back into the community. Her knowledge and compassion for her clients is what keeps her dedicated to her mission of empowering our youth and families. Tracie has also volunteered with local agencies, donated to families in need, ran food drives, all while being a wife, sister, and daughter to her family in Virginia.
